JACLYN JACKSON
Jaclyn Jackson is a Research Assistant in the Investment Department. Jaclyn received her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Michigan in 2008. In 2005-06, she served as AmeriCorps volunteer for City Year where she contributed 1,700 hours of community service to Detroit and the greater metropolitan area. She is studying to obtain her Certified Financial PlannerTM certificate and is a new member of the Financial Planning Association, serving on the Career Development Committee of the Michigan FPA. MELISSA JOY
Melissa Joy, CFS, Investment Research Manager, joined the Center staff in 1999 and has been in the securities industry since 1998. She holds a Certified Fund Specialist designation and Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. She is the coordinator of our Investment Committee. As the manager of our firm's Investment Department, Melissa coordinates investment research, communicates client investment recommendations in collaboration with your financial planner, and can be contacted for specific information on investment-related questions. ANGELA PALACIOS
Angela Palacios, Portfolio Coordinator, joined the Center in 2008 and has been active in the financial planning industry since 1999. She is currently working closely with Melissa Joy in the investment department. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI in Economics and an MBA from Nichols College in Dudley, MA. She received her Certified Financial PlannerTM designation in 2003 and is Series 7 licensed. Angela worked for Wachovia Securities for 5 years where she was a Certified Financial PlannerTM conducting financial and investment planning for her clients. She recently returned from spending 3 years living in Germany. Angela lives in Howell where she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband as well as golfing, swimming and traveling.
